A few day ago, I found interesting accessories of geometric and cubist form at a Reserved store. To be honest, Cubism is my favourite abstract art movement. The world knows its founder, Pablo Picasso. The main idea of this movement of the 1920’s is to re-assemble ordinary objects in abstract geometric forms. Since then, the cubist motif has become something of a signature emblem in fashion. Each season, we see all kinds of geometric prints and muted colours, abstract shapes and forms reflecting the images of cubist paintings. The greatest contemporary fashion creator is the Viktor & Rolf brand among many others. <3
